Usually Whisky in the Cask is diluted to a lower ABV of up to 40% before being bottled. In contrast, a Cask Strength Whisky is bottled at the ABV (alcoholic strength) it comes out of the cask, without any dilution.

We have combined whiskies matured in first fill bourbon barrels and PX Hogsheads, into a PX hogshead for a marrying period of several months. This has been bottled exclusively for Mizunara at cask strength.
