About Awamori:
Awamori is an alcoholic beverage unique to Okinawa, Japan. It is made from rice, with water and black koji mold (kuro kōji). During hot summer days, Chuhai, Shochu highball which consists of a Shochu and carbonated water is widely popular in Japan.
