Made using atmospheric distillation, kuro (black) koji and stored in stainless steel tanks for at least 5 years and then bottled at 25%, this has a softer and milder palate with subtle flavors. Named after the Sakura Viewing Festival held in Yaedake. 2018 Fall National Liquor Contest (First Prize). Enjoy on the Rocks or with some sparkling water.
