1. 濃香曼佐
切成薄片的煙熏美國黑安格斯里脊配番茄
蛋黃醬、芝麻菜、菊苣、frisee、巴馬干酪和陳年香醋
Kilchoman Machir Bay（主要是波本桶）

2. INSALATA DI POLPO
地中海風格的章魚沙拉配西蘭花、巴豆、
大蒜片和阿馬爾菲檸檬醬
Kilchoman Sanaig（主要是雪利酒桶）

3. CAPPELLETTI D'ANATRA
由慢煮鴨肉填充的手工意大利面和
豬油配牛肝菌蘑菇醬
