“佐渡 - 客人”。這是一款專為香港 Mizunara 裝瓶的單桶 (#129/2013)。這款酒於 2020 年 11 月裝瓶，共發行 254 瓶，在新鮮的波旁威士忌桶中熟成近七年，然後在 Pedro Ximenez 大桶中陳釀十多個月。柑橘類水果和葡萄乾的香氣，混合水果、咸焦糖和乾香料的香氣，尾部有泥煤煙熏味，餘韻悠長，帶有濃郁的水果、丁香和小荳蔻等多種香料以及乾煙熏味。

這款裝瓶代表了 SADO 故事的延續，來自 Mizunara 之前的Single Cask 裝瓶（767/2011 標籤側重於 HOST），而這一次側重於 GUEST，兩者在日本茶道中相互尊重（“SADO ”）。兩個瓶子的標籤均由日本鹿兒島越島的藝術家 Kenro Shinchi 設計。
