Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still Japanese Whisky Limited Edition 2024 is the first peated expression from the Kanosuke Distillery, this 2023 Limited Edition release was distilled between 2018 - 2019 and matured largely in Ex-Shochu Casks and Ex-Sherry Casks. This has been bottled at an ABV of 59%.
