日本燒酎

日本燒酎是日本隱藏的瑰寶,在國內消費量甚至超過清酒,它通常是一種單一蒸餾(壺式蒸餾器)烈酒,使用傳統的酒麯發酵技術來展示Imo (蕃薯)等基礎成分的風味、 Mugi (大麥)或Kome (大米)。日本燒酎是各種美食的絕佳伴侶,可以用不同的方式享用,直接飲用、加冰、 Mizuwari (加水)、 Sodawari (加蘇打水)甚至Oyuwari (加熱水)。本格燒酎(正品)不允許添加任何添加劑。

絕對不要與清酒(一種發酵/釀造的飲料,如葡萄酒)或韓國燒酒(一種可以添加調味劑的多重蒸餾中性烈酒)混淆。

Kinjo Shiro Honkaku Rice Shochu has been aged in three types of casks – American White Oak, Cognac, and Sherry – and blended to perfect balance with Hakutake Shiro Shochu, resulting in the delectable Kinjo Shiro. 

It offers a robust aroma and a smooth, full-bodied taste similar to whisky. Recommended serving options include on the rocks, in a highball, or enjoyed as a digestif or accompaniment to dessert.

Launched in 1916 by founder Yoshisuke Enatsu, Black Kirishima marks the beginning of Kirishima Distillery's history. In 1998, the distillery revived the flavor of traditional black koji shochu using advanced techniques, resulting in the natural sweetness of Black Kirishima.

This century-old classic combines carefully selected "Kin Gin" sweet potatoes (黄金千貫) from southern Kyushu and pure natural water from the Kirishima fissure, creating a rich, smooth, and refreshing shochu with a clean finish.
