Hibiki 於 1989 年推出，以紀念三得利成立 90 週年，多年來一直是獲獎最多的威士忌之一。最初推出時是“將特殊陳年的威士忌與成熟濃郁的味道完美融合”，據說它包含 30 種不同成分的威士忌。裝在一個獨特的瓶子裡，有24 個刻面，反映了一年中所有的“小季節”（春、夏、秋、冬四個季節，又分為六個時期，每個時期都以一個季節特徵命名，例如作為“Risshun”和“Risutatsu”），最初的版本是 17 歲，隨後是 21 歲。 30 歲於1997 年首次發布，12 歲於 2009 年首次發布。

This Hibiki Blender's Choice released around September 2018, soon after the Hibiki 17 was discontinued, this is rumoured to/believed to be the "replacement".
